  Under the Copyright Act, any notification of claimed infringement sent to us must be in writing and substantially include the following:
• อย่าจ่ายเงินให้กับตำรวจ พวกเขาไม่มีอำนาจในการเก็บเงินภายใต้พระราชบัญญัตลิขสิทธิ์ การปรับค่าปรับทางแพ่งหรือทางอาญาจะตัดสินได้ในศาลเท่านั้น
  Don’t pay money to the police. They do not have the authority to impose a “fine” under the Copyright Act. Fines resulting in a civil or criminal charge can only be settled in court.
• ห้ามทำซ้ำหรือดัดแปลงเนื้อหาโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตอย่างเด็ดขาด ยกเว้นการทำซ้ำเพื่อการใช้งานส่วนบุคคล การอ้างอิง หรือการใช้อื่นใดที่สามารถทำได้ตามกฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์
  All unauthorized reproduction or diversion of the content is strictly prohibited, except for reproduction for personal use, citation, or any other usage permitted by the Copyright Act.
• นอกจากนั้นยังมีกฎหมายทั่วไปที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น กฎหมายหมิ่นประมาท, กฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์, พรบ.ข้อมูลข่าวสารภาครัฐ, พรบ.รัฐบาลดิจิตอล (ทำให้รัฐต้องเปิดข้อมูล แต่ไม่มีบทลงโทษหากไม่ปฏิบัติ)
  There are also other related general laws, such as Defamation Act, Copyright Act, State Information Act, and Digital Government Act (which dictates that government agencies must publish their data. However there is no penalty for not doing so.)
